This kit of thin threads was specially picked out by Kathleen and Darnell. The threads are a mix of warm and cool neutrals that blend with many fabrics. Aurifil 80wt Cotton Thread is a thinner thread that is perfect for hand and machine piecing and hand applique. Its light weight blends perfectly into the fabric and does not add any weight. It seems to disappear into the fabrics. ( Also sold as separate spools )
Aurifil’s Cotton 80wt thread is 100% Egyptian Cotton 2 ply. For best results in hand work use a short length of thread, about 12-18 inches to reduce tangling and breaking. This small wooden spool has 300 yards (274 mt)
